Indications

What we treat

Panchakarma suits chronic, recurring problems — the ones that come back every winter, every exam season, every time work gets heavy. It is not the right tool for an emergency, and we will say so.

Vata

Spine, joints and nerves

The largest group of patients we see. Treatment usually centres on a Basti series with Kati Basti or Potli Sweda alongside.

  • Sciatica and lumbar disc pain
  • Cervical spondylosis and neck stiffness
  • Osteoarthritis of the knee
  • Rheumatoid arthritis, in support of ongoing care
  • Frozen shoulder and tennis elbow
  • Facial palsy and post-stroke rehabilitation
Pitta

Digestion and liver

Almost always begins with correcting Agni before any cleansing. Virechana is the usual karma once digestion holds.

  • Chronic acidity and reflux
  • Irritable bowel and alternating stool
  • Long-standing constipation
  • Bloating, gas and poor appetite
  • Fatty liver and raised liver enzymes
  • Piles and fissure, in early stages
Rakta · Pitta

Skin

Skin disease in Ayurveda is read as blood and Pitta trouble. Virechana with Raktamokshana where a patch is localised.

  • Psoriasis and plaque flare-ups
  • Eczema and atopic dermatitis
  • Chronic urticaria and recurring hives
  • Acne that returns after every course of antibiotics
  • Vitiligo, with realistic expectations set first
  • Fungal infections that keep coming back
Head & mind

Sleep, stress and headache

Shirodhara and Nasya do most of the work here, supported by a routine you can hold after you leave.

  • Migraine and cluster headache
  • Chronic sinusitis and post-nasal drip
  • Insomnia and broken sleep
  • Anxiety, restlessness and burnout
  • Hair fall and early greying
  • Screen-related eye strain and dry eyes
Kapha · Metabolic

Weight and hormones

Udvartana and Virechana with a diet plan that fits an Indian kitchen, not a printout from somewhere else.

  • Obesity and stubborn abdominal weight
  • PCOS and irregular cycles
  • Thyroid support alongside your medication
  • Pre-diabetes and early type 2 diabetes care
  • High cholesterol and sluggish metabolism
  • Fertility support for both partners
Rasayana

Prevention and recovery

For people with no diagnosis who simply do not feel right, and for those rebuilding after an illness.

  • Seasonal detox at the change of Ritu
  • Recovery after fever, surgery or long illness
  • Persistent fatigue with normal blood work
  • Immunity building before winter
  • Rejuvenation therapy after 50
  • Pre-conception preparation

When to go to a hospital instead

Chest pain, sudden weakness on one side, a fall with a suspected fracture, high fever with confusion, heavy bleeding, or a diabetic foot wound that is spreading — these need emergency care today, not therapy tomorrow. Come to us afterwards, for the recovery.

Describe the problem in your own words

How long it has been there, what you have already tried, and what a good day looks like. That is all we need to start.
